Pursuant to Decision No. 645/QD-BNV dated August 14, 2023 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the establishment of a research and survey team in Japan, from September 18, 2023 to September 22, 2023, a working group of the Institute of State Organizational Sciences led by Dr. Le Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Institute, together with officials of the Institute of State Organizational Sciences, had a working session with the National Institute of Human Resources of Japan and Tsukuba University on issues related to experience in managing civil servants and public employees; reforming the civil service and public employee regime; decentralization and delegation of power between the Central and local governments and between local government levels in Japan. During the working sessions, the parties exchanged and shared experiences, as well as raised many questions related to the fields of state management
During the working sessions, Dr. Le Anh Tuan expressed his thanks to the National Institute of Human Resources of Japan and Tsukuba University for creating conditions and taking the time to receive the delegation of the Institute of State Organizational Sciences. Through research cooperation in the fields under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Le Anh Tuan expressed his hope that the agencies will continue to strengthen the relationship in the coming time.
